Too Long Among the Dead by Paul Alan Fahey is now available in e-book format!
Psychiatrist Haleigh Hugo thinks he’s found the perfect setting for his experimental treatment plan -- an isolated home in the middle of a small lake in the high Sierras. Dr. Hugo’s office mate and life partner, Guy Sanford, is unconvinced that the benefits of the treatment plan outweigh the risks, but soon gives in to the charm and boundless enthusiasm of his lover.
Dr. Hugo’s subjects are six female patients who have failed to make what he considers significant progress in one-to-one therapy. They all share something in common: grief over the loss of a loved one, a psychological barrier that prevents them from moving on. Hilary Colbert lost her life partner to a serious illness; Jennie Travers no longer trusts her unfaithful husband; Meeda O’Connell’s infant son died in his crib; Vera Field wakes from a coma to learn her father has committed a senseless crime: Sarah/April Preston no longer knows who she is and suffers from a loss of identity; and Emily West has psychic abilities yet longs for a normal human existence.
The six patients, overseen by Dr. Hugo and Dr. Sanford, descend on Devonshire, a simple mountain home on the lake for a weekend of intense therapy. Yet within the walls of the home lies a terrible and painful secret that haunts anyone who comes near.

When the Celestial Jade Phallus of Poontang is stolen from Glastonbury University, it looks like a perfect case for super-talented relic hunter Inga Seliger, except she’s tied up with other work. She reluctantly delegates the task of retrieving the purloined phallus to her sidekick Euclid Vole, a sex-obsessed student with a penchant for dressing up as a woman.
Euclid's first clue leads him to an all-female establishment called Sister Sappho’s Mystic Mall, where the suspects include a feminist bookworm, a man-hating witch, and a muscle-bound body-piercer. Then the action shifts to a strangely secretive Tibetan temple in a sleazy backstreet. The action in question is of the men-only kind, so when Inga joins the case, it’s her turn to indulge in some cross-dressing.
Will Inga and Euclid succeed in retrieving the Celestial Jade Phallus of Poontang? Will Inga get a chance to use her finely-honed martial arts skills? And will Euclid manage to score with Inga ... or with anyone else, for that matter?

Run to You by J.D. Walker
Run to You by J.D. Walker is now available in e-book format!
Tyson has a serious crush on Justin, a friend and coworker at his job with the call center. Justin is everything he ever wanted in a man: kind, thoughtful, and hotter than hell. Those tight jeans he likes to wear leave nothing to the imagination, much to Tyson's delight. Problem is, Tyson is a foodie and Justin, a sports hound. The only 'exercise' Tyson likes to participate in is cooking or sex, and lots of both.
Desperate, Tyson comes up with a plan to get Justin's attention. He joins a gym to train for a 5k race in which Justin will also be participating. Maybe if Justin thinks Tyson is interested in sports, he'll see Tyson in a new light and ask him out.
Unfortunately, nothing goes as planned. Justin knows Tyson hates sports, so why the sudden interest? It all blows up in the break room where, after being cornered by Justin, Tyson grudgingly admits his attraction. He’s an idiot for trying to get Justin’s attention, and he knows it.
So Tyson tries to put some distance between them, but suddenly Justin won't let him. He convinces Tyson to meet him for coffee and talk it all out. Will Tyson overcome his fear of rejection to hear what Justin has to say?

Banshee by Hayden Thorne
Banshee by Hayden Thorne is now available in e-book format!
Nathaniel Wakeman is the only child and son of a modest vicar, who lives in the quiet and idyllic confines of the Isle of Wight. When his maternal grandfather dies, Natty’s mother reconnects with her estranged and wealthy brother and his family in hopes of raising Natty up in the world, to urge him to go beyond the humble life he’s always known.
Though his cousins show no particular regard for him, one of them, at least, lures him away from his retired life and introduces him to the world—and to the son of a baron from Somerset, Miles Lovell. Natty gradually finds himself drawn toward the older and worldlier gentleman and returns to his father’s vicarage a changed young man. He also seems to have attracted the attention of a ghost, one that has followed him back to the island.
Haunted by a woman in white, who seems to appear when he’s at his weakest, Natty struggles with his own nature and with his family’s increasing difficulties. His mother is distant, hiding things from him as she never has, and his father is aging before his eyes. Quarrels between his parents grow more and more frequent, and Natty’s increasing terror of familiar and beloved footpaths add to the spiraling tension at home.
While Natty tries to find his place in the world, his childhood is crumbling around him, and he becomes more and more convinced that his persistent ghost is a harbinger of doom.

J.M. Snyder on Going Pro
J.M. Snyder on Going Pro
Since I started publishing, I've received frequent e-mails from writers looking to break into writing. Many of the things that come second nature to me now took years to learn, through trial and error, and sometimes I assume other writers already know the ins and outs of publishing. But an e-mail inquiry asking for advice usually doesn't pose any specific questions, and it's hard to know how much advice to give. I often think, I should write a book advising would-be authors how to navigate the publishing process, from manuscript through to finished product.
Going Pro: One Author’s Advice on Getting Published with Small and Electronic Presses is that book!
Let me say upfront that I am not traditionally published. My experience has been in self-publishing and in working with small electronic presses, as I will explain. So if you're looking for advice on how to hire an agent, navigate slush piles, or pitch your book to an editor at one of the Big Six publishers, this isn't the book for you.
But if you're interested in learning how to perfect your manuscript prior to submission, find the right market for your writing, negotiate contracts with small and electronic presses, and begin promoting your e-book release, then grab a copy of of Going Pro today!
